Welcome to Marni Martin Moss Therapy (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website marnimartin.com and the services provided by Marni Martin Moss Therapy. 1. Services Provided

Marni Martin Moss Therapy offers mental health therapy and related services, including but not limited to individual counseling, couples therapy, and wellness consultations. Our services are intended for informational and therapeutic purposes and should not be used as a substitute for medical advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services. By using our services, you affirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Confidentiality & Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. All client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable confidentiality laws, including PIPEDA and PHIPA (where applicable). However, there are legal limitations to confidentiality, such as cases involving harm to self or others, child or elder abuse, or court orders.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

Sessions are by appointment only.
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

5. Fees & Payments

Fees for therapy sessions are outlined on our website or will be communicated directly.
Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and e-transfer .
Insurance billing (if applicable) is subject to the policies of your provider, and you are responsible for submitting to your insurance after full payment to Marni Martin Moss Therapy.

6. No Emergency or Crisis Services

Our practice does not provide emergency mental health services. If you are in crisis or experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or reach out to a crisis hotline such as the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality therapy services, we make no warranties regarding specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marni Martin Moss Therapy disclaims liability for any damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, and logos, is our property or licensed for our use. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
