Our first virtual session is an opportunity to get to know each other. We’ll discuss your goals, concerns, and what you hope to achieve in therapy. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and determine if I’m the right fit for your needs.

How long are therapy sessions?

Each session typically lasts 50 minutes. The frequency and duration of sessions will depend on your unique goals and circumstances.

What is your cancellation policy?

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations or missed sessions may incur a fee.
