Yes! I offer secure online therapy, so you can access support from anywhere in Ontario. Virtual sessions provide the same effective care as in-person therapy.
How does Walking Therapy work?
Walking Therapy takes place outdoors in Kitchener-Waterloo and in a calm, natural settings, blending movement with conversation. It can help reduce stress, increase clarity, and encourages open dialogue.
Is therapy covered by insurance?
Many insurance plans cover Registered Psychotherapists (RP). I recommend checking with your provider to confirm coverage, as plans can vary.
How many sessions will I need?
